TOKYO May 11, 2026 - Aozora Bank, Ltd. (President and CEO: Hideto Oomi; Head Office: Tokyo) ('Aozora' or 'the Bank') today announced the planned relocation of the Kanazawa Branch on Tuesday, November 24, 2026 from the 1st floor of the Kanazawa Sanei Building to the 4th floor of the Daiwa Securities Kanazawa Branch Building.
Aozora entered into a capital and business alliance with Daiwa Securities Group Inc. in May 2024. Under the alliance, we have built a collaborative framework across a wide range of areas, including the launch of a well-received product "Aozora Mirai Irodori Wrap" (provided by Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd.).
As part of this collaboration, the Kanazawa Branch will be relocated to the Daiwa Securities Kanazawa Branch Building, located in close proximity to our current premises, thereby maintaining customer convenience. We will welcome customers at the new branch location designed in a clean and warm
style, such as introducing compact consultation booths that enhance privacy.
The Kanazawa Branch has been committed to supporting customers for over 60 years since its opening in June 1964. Going forward, the Kanazawa Branch will strive to further enhance the quality of services to meet diverse customer needs, including a range of highly specialized consulting services, with the aim to better serve more customers. Aozora appreciates the continued business of its customers and investors.
The last business day at the current Kanazawa Branch will be Friday, November 20, 2026.
For customers, no action on their part will be required as a result of the relocation.
There will be no changes in branch name, branch code or customer account numbers.
All existing services, including the use of cash cards and passbooks, will remain available after the relocation.
There will be no ATMs at the new branch location.
