18 April 2023 Saga plc (the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts and Strategic Report The Saga plc Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2023 and the Strategic Report are now available on the Company's website, at www.corporate.saga.co.uk . In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . There are no changes to the financial statements made in the unaudited trading update which was published on 4 April 2023. Copies of the Saga plc Annual Report and Accounts and the Strategic Report will be posted or otherwise made available to shareholders according to their communication preferences with the notice of the meeting for the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 20 June 2023.
