Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") Annual Financial Report 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, Ocado has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism the following documents: · 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); · the Form of Proxy for the 2025 AGM; and · the A nnual Report and Accounts for the 5 2 weeks ended 1 December 2024 (" A nnual R eport and A ccounts"). Ocado's AGM is to be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 11.00am, at the Registered Office, Buildings One & Two Trident Place, Mosquito Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9UL. In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5, the Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy and the A nnual R eport and A ccounts, including the Directors' Responsibility Statement, are available to view on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com and will also be available for viewing on the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . This announcement follows Ocado's announcement of its preliminary results for the same period issued on 27 February 2025.
