BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION OCADO GROUP PLC 12 March 2025 Ocado Group plc (the "Company") Block Listing Application Application for block listing An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the admission of 6,300,000 of its ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE.
