Annual Financial Report
Prudential plc has made its Annual Report and Accounts for 2025 available on its website, following the release of its audited results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The company also announced that its Form 20-F will be filed shortly with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Both documents will be accessible via the National Storage Mechanism. Printed copies of the Annual Report are expected to be posted to requesting shareholders around April 23, 2026, with printed copies of the Form 20-F available upon request.
