Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Diclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7), the Board has accepted the resignation of Ms. Aakansha Vaid from the post of Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer.
