In the Board Meeting held today on 19-Dec-2024, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the change in the registered office of the company from existing address 53/55 Bagri Niwas, Nath Madhav Path, Near CP Tank, Mumbai 400002 to the new address i.e. 103, B Wing, Ansa Industrial Estate, Sakivihar Road, Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072 with immediate effect.
