The Board of Director has decided in their meeting held today, re-appointment of Mr. Hemendrakumar Shah, as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 4th December, 2026 for approval by the members/shareholders at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
