Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 the Board at its meeting held on 24th May 2025 has re appointed the Statutory Auditors of the Company for another term of 5 Years from 68th AGM to 73rd AGM subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
