Announcement regarding Revision of Head Office Organizational StructureThe Chiba Bank, Ltd (President: Tsutomu Yonemoto) ("Chiba Bank" or "the Bank") will newly establish "New Business Strategy Office" within the Corporate Planning Division, effective Tuesday, July 1, 2025, to enhance head office functions and make progress toward realizing its Purpose and Vision.

Chiba Bank has already entered various business areas, including regional trading company, toward the Bank Group's goal "Creating the optimal customer experience." As customers' needs become increasingly diverse and complex, the Bank recognizes that it is essential to further expand our business areas in both financial and non-financial services. The Bank Group views these changes in the business environment as an opportunity to evolve its business model, and will newly establish "New Business Strategy Office" within the Corporate Planning Division to further accelerate the challenge of new businesses that will further enhance the customer experience through "providing new value" and advancing initiatives that contribute to solving social issues.
Under the supervision of this new office, and in collaboration with related departments, the Bank will work with speed to develop new services and explore new business areas, aiming to realize all stakeholders' hopes can come to life, including regional communities and customers.
