Announcement on Trading Suspension Pending the Planned Change of Controlling Shareholder
Due to the fact that the controlling shareholder of Tvzone Media Co., Ltd., Changsha Broadcasting and Television Group Co., Ltd., is planning matters involving the transfer of its shares in the company, which may lead to a change in the company’s controlling shareholder. Given the uncertainty surrounding the matter and according to relevant regulations and upon application, the shares of the company will be suspended from June 17, 2026, and the suspension is expected to continue for no more than 2 trading days.
