Due to the planning of issuing shares and paying cash to acquire assets along with raising matching funds and related party transactions, and in accordance with relevant regulations, the Grandblue Environment Co., Ltd.'s shares will be suspended from trading at the market opening on April 22, 2026, upon the company's application. The expected suspension period does not exceed 10 trading days.
