Due to planning the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise matching funds involving a related party transaction, and in accordance with relevant regulations, upon application by Guangdong Hec Technology Holding Co., Ltd., the company's shares have been suspended from trading from the opening of the market on February 24, 2026, and will remain suspended from the opening of the market on February 25, 2026, and the suspension period (cumulative) is expected to last no more than 10 trading days.
