As Jiangsu Wenfeng Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Wenfeng Great World Chain Development Corporation, has terminated the planning of the control change matter, in accordance with relevant regulations and upon the company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's shares will resume trading from the opening of the market on May 12, 2026.
