As Mr. Ju Jinliang, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of SHANGHAI RENDU BIOTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., is planning a major matter that may lead to a change in control of the Company, in accordance with relevant regulations and upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of trading on May 8, 2026. The suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days.
