Due to the fact that PINMING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is planning a major event which may lead to a change in the company’s control, and given the significant uncertainty surrounding the matter, the company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a trading suspension in accordance with relevant regulations. As approved, the company’s shares have been suspended from trading starting from September 18, 2025. The suspension is expected to last no more than 2 trading days.
