(600730“China Hi-Tech Group Co., Ltd.”Announcement on Suspension of Stock Trading for Event Related to Planning of Change of Control Rights) As the controlling shareholder of Founder International Education Consulting Co., Ltd., the direct controlling shareholder of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation Limited, namely New Founder Holding Development Co., Ltd., intends to indirectly transfer its indirectly held 117,482,984 shares of the Company with no sales restrictions, representing 20.03% of the Company’s total share capital, through the transfer of its equity interest in Founder International Education, the completion of such transfer will result in a change of control of the Company.Given the fact that the aforesaid matter is still under planning and there are still uncertainties regarding the aforementioned matters, in accordance with relevant regulations, the company has applied for a suspension of trading from December 15, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days.
