On January 9, 2026, Gu Yiming, Gu Longdi, Gu Jia, Lu Chongming, the shareholders of the Controlling Shareholder of Suzhou Kelida Building & Decoration Co., Ltd., namely Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd., signed the “Suzhou Kelida Group Co., Ltd. Equity Transfer Agreement" with Shanghai Yingzhong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Kelida Group. According to relevant regulations, following the company’s application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stocks will resume trading starting from the market opening on January 12, 2026.
