According to relevant regulations, the shares of Chengdu Screen Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd. will be suspended from September 22, 2025 for 1 day, and resumed from September 23, 2025. An other risk warning will be implemented from the date of resumption. The A-share abbreviation will be changed from "Screen" to "ST Screen", while the stock code will remain unchanged as "688053". During the risk warning period, the Company's shares shall not be traded on the Risk Warning Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, and relevant regulations on trading on the Risk Warning Board shall not apply.
