Announcement of Changes in the Group Management Structure: Appointments of Corporate Executive Officers, Accompanied by Changes in Representative Directors of Two Major Subsidiaries

Tokyo, January 23, 2026 -- Sony Financial Group Inc. ("SFGI") today announces the appointment of Corporate Executive Officers accompanied by changes in the Representative Directors of two major subsidiaries, Sony Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and Sony Assurance Inc., effective April 1, 2026.

These personnel changes are intended to further strengthen the management structure of the Sony Financial Group, a publicly listed corporate group, with the aim of enhancing sustainable corporate value. As the Group prepares to formulate its next mid-range plan, to commence in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2028, it will move forward with a transition to the next generation of management. Through this process, SFGI will strengthen its ability to address medium- to long-term challenges and accelerate growth across the Group.
