ANA HOLDINGS' 'ANA Future Frontier Fund' Invests in ADDress, Inc.

TOKYO, April 14, 2026 - ANA HOLDINGS INC. (ANA HD), through its corporate venture capital fund, ANA Future Frontier Fund L.P., announced today an investment in ADDress, Inc., a startup providing subscription-based, multi-location living services.

As Japan's population continues to decline and concentrate in larger cities, vacant homes are becoming a major regional issue. Meanwhile, demand for flexible, multi-location living is increasing, driven by the rise of remote work.

ADDress offers a nationwide housing subscription service that facilitates "population sharing," enabling members to live across multiple locations, supporting a model of shared living between cities and rural areas. The service is supported by "Yamori," local community managers who connect members with regional resources.

ANA HD has previously collaborated with ADDress on several pilot programs. Through this expanded partnership, ANA HD will support new regional revitalization initiatives-including the Act on Promotion of Two-Region Habitation and the Furusato Resident Registration system-designed to foster local economic growth and support its domestic flight network.
