Re: Results Guidance for the Half-Year Ending 31 December 2020
In accordance with the continuous disclosure requirements of Listing Rule 3.1, the Board of Ambertech Limited ("the Company") has reviewed its expectations in relation to the result for the half year ending 31 December 2020.
Currently, the Board anticipates the following:
- Revenue in the range of $34m-$38m (Dec 19: $26m);
- EBITDA in the range of $3.6m-$4.0m (Dec 19: loss $0.4m); and
- Profit before income tax in the range of $2.4m-$2.8m (Dec 19: loss $1.8m)
These expectations are based on unaudited results for the period to date. Further details on trading will be included in the Managing Director's presentation to the Ambertech Annual General Meeting to be held on November 10.
