      4'he Company''s property, plant and cquipiaient were revalued on 20 December 2024 by Jide Taiwo & Co (Lstatc Sur›'e 'ors and Valuers - kRC/2012/00000000254) on the basis of market value at the sum of N 2,146,451,775. The revaluation gain o1' N9o4,950,410 arising therefrom was accounted for as part of other cornprchcnsi›'e income in the year of reval elation.
