Alliance Strengthens Its Board With The Addition Of Mr. Antony Claydon

Dec 31, 2010 Alliance Mining Corp. (OOTC:ANMNF) (CNQ:ALM) (the "Company" or "Alliance") is pleased to announce the appointment of Antony Claydon to the Board of Directors.

Just Prior to joining Alliance's board, Mr. Claydon, as President and CEO of TSX Venture listed Totem Minerals Inc., was actively involved in Totem acquiring a highly prospective group of gold concessions in Ghana, West Africa. Mr. Claydon remains a director of Totem (now Abzu Gold Ltd. - ABS.V).

Mr. Claydon brings forth nearly two decades of public market experience to Alliance Mining. He will be participating in the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy aimed at raising the Company's profile in the investment community. In addition he will work closely with management to ensure the company undertakes an aggressive exploration program on its Arizona gold properties in 2011.

The Company has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 1,000,000 Class A shares in the capital of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of five years. The incentive stock options will expire on December 31, 2015 and are granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan and the policies of the CNSX.
