Alliance Mining Corp. Cancels Private Placement

April 28 2008 - Kamloops, BC — Alliance Mining Corp. ("Alliance" or the "Company" - AMCL - CNQ) has cancelled the Private Placement that was announced on April 2, 2008 due to recent developments of the company. The company is now re-assessing its capital needs and will be arranging a new private placement.

Also the board of directors is currently accessing Alliance's ability to meet the listing requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange. Listing will be subject to Alliance fulfilling all of such requirements and there is no guarantee that listing will be obtained."
