Alliance Mining Corp. Announces Cancellation of Stock Options

(Kamloops, BC: October 28, 2008) Alliance Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "Alliance" ALM-CNQ) is pleased to announce that stock options totaling 400,000 shares that were issued on September 18, 2007 have been canceled by the option holder. The exercise price of the stock options were $0.15 per optioned share and were to expire on September 18, 2012.

The Option holder believes it to be in his best interests as a director, officer and shareholder of the Corporation to cancel the Option so that those options granted to the Option holder may be granted to individuals as incentives to join the Board of Directors of the Corporation, whose expertise may increase the value of the Company.
