Trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Paris has been suspended since Monday, June 15, 2026, in connection with the pending publication of the Company's 2025 annual financial report. The Company expects trading to resume following publication of the 2025 annual financial report, in accordance with applicable market procedures. The postponement is due to additional time required to complete the finalization of the annual financial report and the related audit procedures.
