Financial Ikonisys Ikonisys announces the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual financial report 23/04/2026 Paris, April 23, 2026 - 5:45 pm CEST - Ikonisys SA (Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO), a company specializing in the early and accurate detection of cancers through a unique, fully automated solution for medical analysis laboratories, today announces the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual financial report, initially scheduled on April 29, 2026. This postponement is due to the additional time required to finalize the Group's new organizational structure at holding level, including the implementation of centralized corporate functions, notably in finance and control, and to complete the related harmonization of accounting, reporting and consolidation processes across the Group. This work requires additional time and coordination in order to ensure a fair, accurate and consistent presentation of the Group's financial statements. The Company is working with its teams and statutory auditors to finalize the annual financial report and currently expects to publish it by June 19, 2026.
