The trading window of the company shall be closed for all Designated persons of the company from 1 April 2025 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the stock exchange of the Unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ended March 31st, 2025. All the Directors, KMP''s Designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the company either directly or indirectly the aforesaid period.
