This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Alan Scott Industries Limited} ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 11:10 am (IST), has approved the Acquisition of Metastar Media Private Limited ("Metastar"), one of the group Companies of the Company. Details of the acquisition is annexed herein.
