In continuation of our earlier disclosures dated April 24, 2025, September 5, 2024, and August 14, 2024, and pursuant to approvals from BSE and the Letter of Offer dated April 24, 2025, we wish to inform you that the rights issue of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (formerly Alan Scott Industries Limited) concluded on May 29, 2025. The Company has received full subscription for 18,15,863 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at ?40 per share (including Rs 30 premium), aggregating Rs 7,26,34,520. The Board, at its meeting held on June 4, 2025, approved: (1) Allotment of 18,15,863 fully paid-up equity shares to eligible shareholders; and (2) Application to BSE for listing and trading approval. Post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 3,63,17,270 (36,31,727 shares) to Rs 5,44,75,900 (54,47,590 shares). Detailed disclosure is enclosed herein
