In continuation of our earlier intimation dated October 4, 2025, and pursuant to the shareholders' approval dated October 30, 2025, the Board of Directors, at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, December 1, 2025, at 16:10 (IST), approved the allotment of 2,70,000 (Two Lakh Seventy Thousand) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having a face value of ? 10/- each, at a premium of ? 240/- per share, aggregating to ? 6,75,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Crores Seventy Five Lakhs).Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ? 5,44,75,900 (comprising 54,47,590 fully paid-up equity shares of ?10/- each) to ? 5,71,75,900 (comprising 57,17,590 fully paid-up equity shares of ?10/- each).
