"NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND"
NOTICE is hereby given that the dividend declared by Agriauto Industries Limited (hereinafter "the Company"), details whereof are appearing on the Company's website www.agriauto.com.pkunder
"Shareholders/investor-info" have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years from the date these have become due and payable.
THAT notices were sent by a registered post, on the last known addresses of shareholders to submit their claims within ninety days with the Company's share registrar in compliance with Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.
THAT the Company hereby invites claims from the shareholders, who have not yet responded to the aforementioned notice, to be lodged within ninety days from the date of the publication of this notice with the Company's Share Registrar at the address given below. In case no claim is received within the given period, the Company shall proceed to comply in light of the applicable law.
