AGM Update
Northern Bear plc announced an update regarding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to an administrative error concerning incorrect dates on proxy forms dispatched to shareholders during the week of July 21, 2025. The AGM will proceed on September 9, 2025, at 1:00pm. Shareholders are instructed to return completed proxy forms to MUFG Corporate Markets by 1:00pm on September 5, 2025. 3 September 2025 Northern Bear plc ("Northern Bear" or the "Company") AGM Update Northern Bear plc (LSE: NTBR), the AIM quoted group of companies providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, announces that, due to a minor administrative error, certain dates set out in the form of proxy and dispatched to shareholders during the week commencing 21 July 2025 were incorrect. The Company therefore confirms the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at A1 Grainger, Prestwick Park, Prestwick, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE20 9SJ at 1:00pm on 9 th September 2025; and that the form of proxy should be completed and returned, in accordance with the instructions printed thereon, to the Company's registrar, MUFG Corporate Markets, PXS1, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, as soon as possible but in any event so as to arrive no later than 1:00pm on 5 th September 2025. All other dates set out in the Notice of AGM dispatched to shareholders remain unchanged.
