Before we begin, I'd like to make the following poll. And I'd to hand you over to John Davies, CEO. Good afternoon, sir. Good afternoon. Thanks, Charlie. Good afternoon, everybody. I'd like to welcome to you to our investor presentation for the year end March 2026. I'm John Davies. I'm the CEO of the group, and I have with me Jim Waring, who is our interim FD. The areas I'm gonna cover are gonna give an overview of all of the businesses. We're gonna look at highlights in the year. Jim is gonna cover financial performance, and then we're gonna look at strategies and operations going forward. So the group, we're basically be made up of 10 businesses in the North Of England. I'll run through the various divisions. We've got three roofing companies. We have Jennings Roofing, which has a nice public sector and private sector mix. Springs Roofing, which actually has our widest delivery in the group, and they have a lot of social housing clients as well as have private house building and commercial and are pretty strong at the minute. And Wensley Roofing, which has 75% new sales house building, but also has their solar delivery, which is up and running now within that business. And actually, at the moment, they're purchasing over £500,000 worth of solar panels per annum. We'll just move on to the materials handling business, Alcoa. It's a Mitsubishi dealership and has over 500, forklifts in its fleet, and it carries out a full remit of sal...
