Moscow- Aeroflot PJSC (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) today announces Aeroflot Group operating results for August and 8M 2024.
August 2024 Key Highlights
Aeroflot Group carried 5.9 million passengers, 13.4% up vs. August 2023.
In domestic segment 7 million passengers were carried, 10.4% up vs. August 2023.
In international segment 1.2 million passengers were carried, 27.5% up vs. the same period of 2023.
Group's RPK increased by 15.8%, ASK increased by 13.5% year-on-year.
Passenger load factor amounted to 93.6%, up by 1.9 p.p. year-on-year, in domestic segment - 94.1%.
Aeroflot Airlines carried 3.2 million passengers, 15.2% up vs. the same period of 2023. Aeroflot's RPK increased by 21.0% year-on-year.
8M 2024 Key Highlights
Aeroflot Group carried 37.2 million passengers, 19.0% up vs. the same period of 2023.
In domestic segment Aeroflot Group carried 28.8 million passengers, 14.0% up vs. 8M 2023.
In international segment 8.4 million passengers were carried, 40.4% up vs. the same period of 2023.
Group's RPK increased by 24.3%, ASK increased by 21.1% year-on-year.
Passenger load factor amounted to 89.7%, up by 2.3 p.p. year-on-year, in domestic segment - 91.4%,
7 p.p. up vs. 8M 2023.
Aeroflot Airlines carried 20.4 million passengers, 23.7% up vs. the same period of 2023. Aeroflot's RPK increased by 28.9% year-on-year.
