AEFFE SPA AND POLLINI SPA: THE BOLOGNA COURT CONFIRMS THE MAINTENANCE OF PROTECTIVE AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES UNTIL JUNE 6, 2026
San Giovanni in Marignano, February 6, 2026. Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) - listed company Euronext Milan of Borsa Italiana, leader in the fashion and luxury sector - with reference to the procedure of negotiated settlement of the crisis ( CNC ) of the Company and its subsidiary Pollini SpA (Pollini) and following the press release of 19 January, informs that today the Judge Antonella Rimondini has ordered the continuation of the protective measures confirmed on November 28, 2025, and the precautionary measures granted on December 30, 2025.
Having reiterated the reasonableness of the recovery prospects, as emerging from the opinion of the expert Riccardo Ranalli, and in light of the path already undertaken to date, the protective and precautionary measures have been extended for an additional 120 days, and therefore until June 6, 2026.
