5.Cause of occurrence:In accordance with TWSE's letter, No. 1091704186,
dated December 18, 2020, announce the implementation status of
the commitment made when the Company's stock was initial listed
as of the second quarter of 2022.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The company will not proceed with share holding company when issuing
employee rewards or stocks release in according to the articles of
association or resolutions of share holders' meeting.
(2)The shares of directors and the shareholders holding 10 percent
or greater of the total number of issued shares have been placed in
central custody on March 15, 2021, according to the commitment for
extending periods.
