Liontrust Asset Management Plc has announced the admission of 2,970,232 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, effective July 1, 2026. This issuance follows the completion of the purchase of River Global Holdings Limited on June 30, 2026, and these new shares are fully fungible with existing Ordinary Shares.
