Accordingly, no business was conducted and none of the resolutions were considered. Shareholders are referred to the Notes attached to the Notice of General Meeting, which is available on the Company's website (www.itaconix.com) and which were posted to shareholders on 24 March 2026, with regards to revoking an existing and / or submitting a new proxy appointment. On that basis, the new deadline for submission of proxy appointments to the Company's registrar will be 14:00 BST on 8 June 2026.
