Additional Listing and Block Listing Application
Amendment to RNS Number: 2103F
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for listing 4,000,000 ordinary
shares of £0.005 each, fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to
be admitted to the Official List. Of these shares, 1,471,426 shares have been
allotted and a block listing application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority for a further 2,528,574 shares. These shares will rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company.
These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of share options and share
vesting under the 888 All-Employee Plan.
