This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and report trading by Insiders of the company regarding trading restriction, the trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved financial results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026, for all the Directors, KMPs, their Immediate Relatives and other Designated persons covered under the code.
