This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved financials results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 for all the Directors, KMPs, their immediate relatives and other designated persons covered under the code.
