On 24 April 2026, CCiT Group ("CCiT") successfully issued its inaugural senior secured bond to refinance existing debt and finance two signed acquisitions. The acquisitions broaden CCiT's service offering and mark the launch of its ERP segment. In addition, the bond issue will support the company's continued consolidation of the highly fragmented Danish market. CCiT is a Danish IT services partner providing a full stack of mission-critical IT solutions to enterprises, public institutions and SMEs across four business segments: Infrastructure, Workspace, ERP and Document Solutions.
