OUTCOME OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF ABC TRANSPORT PLC
Pursuant to the post llsting requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) for listed companies, ABC Transport Plc (the Company) hereby notifies The Exchange and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company on Friday, January 30, 2026, duly consldered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Fourth Quarter ended December 31, 2025 (2025 Q4 UFS). The 2025 Q4 UFS has been filed with The Exchange.
Consequently, the closed period restricting Directors and other insiders from trading on the securities of the Company still remains in place until twenty-four (24) hours after the publication of the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the 2026 First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending 31 March 2026, to The Exchange and the public.
