Pursuant to the post listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (the Exchange) for quoted companies, ABC Transport Plc (the Company) hereby notifies the Exchange and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company on Wednesday, .tpril 30, 2025, duly considered and approved the foPowing resolution:
That the 2025 First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (2025 Q1 UFS) of the Company be and are hereby approved.
The 2025 Q1 UFS of the Company has been filed with The Exchange on April 30, 2025. Consequently, the closed period restricting the directors and other insiders from trading on the securities of the Company still remains in place until twenty four (24) hours after its publication to the Exchange and the public.
