On July 6, 2026, Aa Industrial Belting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") received a notification from its controlling shareholders and actual controllers, Tu Mulin and Cai Ruimei, informing the Company that they are planning a transfer of the Company's shares, which may result in a change in control of the Company. As the above matter remains subject to significant uncertainty, and in accordance with the relevant provisions, upon the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended from the commencement of trading on July 7, 2026. The suspension is expected to last for no more than two trading days.
