(hereinafter: "4iG") hereby informs the capital market participants that the customer order backlog and the contract portfolio with committed customer call-off obligations of 4iG Space and Defence Plc. (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39., company registration number: 01-10-142725, hereinafter: "4iG SDT") and its subsidiaries exceeds a net amount of EUR 3.5 billion. This order backlog reflects the company's long-term contracts and secure revenue sources. Due to the nature of the space and defense sectors, these orders are based on multi-year development and delivery cycles. In addition to the above, the contract portfolio of 4iG SDT and its subsidiaries, contracted under framework agreements - without order obligation - exceeds a net amount of EUR 4.5 billion.
