on interest payments and principal repayments of debt securities

(registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-044993) hereby informs capital market participants that, in respect of the bond named "4iG NKP Bond 2031/I." with ISIN HU0000360276, issued under the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme of the National Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank), it has duly fulfilled all its prior debt service obligations; it has fulfilled its interest payment obligation for the year 2025 on 29 March 2025, and has fulfilled its principal repayment and interest payment obligations for the year 2026 on 29 March 2026, in accordance with the terms set out in the Information Document.
