28/2018: Notification of transaction in Company shares

The Management Board of PBG S.A. ('Company' or 'PBG') announces that on December 21st 2018 the Company received a notification of a transaction in Company shares, given under Art. 19(1) of MAR by Jerzy Wiśniewski, President of the Company's Management Board.
The notification is attached as an appendix hereto.
